Ok. First of all, I have no idea how to create a private server. I ant to makr iyt so i can atack toher players anywhere anytime, but with retaliation from them. Please help me!

those are pking servers, go to www.moparscape.org/smf downloads section to get a source, i reccommend you to learn java so u can code ur server, if not, its like being in hell
