to make your self an admin you either need to go into client.java and find

moderator/administrator
or you go into the character folder and edit the playerRights in there.. from a 0 to a 3... and if that doesnt work i have no idea Razz


about the npc's...
you have to add them into autospawn.cfg then they will be on the map. Smile
